Symptoms of Brain tumours

Brain tumor symptoms depend on the size and location of the tumor. Although not applicable to all brain cancers in terms of similar symptoms, some generic symptoms of brain tumours are outlined below:

  • Headaches, which are worse in the morning becoming less painful as the day goes on
  • Seizures or uncontrollable convulsions
  • Nausea and/or vomiting
  • Weakness or loss of feeling in the arms and/or legs
  • Stumbling or incapable of walking
  • Changes in vision or abnormal eye movements
  • Changes in personality, memory, and speech
  • Changes in alertness
